Bacteriological laboratory
Works in two directions:
1st is a sanitary-biological control of epidemic condition operational, maternity halls, tools etc.;
2nd is a research of clinical material on the presence of infectious activators.
For detection of possible activators of infectious and inflammatory diseases microscopic and bacteriological methods of diagnostics are used, with the subsequent identification of microorganisms (aerobic, facultative-anaerobic) and their testing for sensitivity to antibiotics.
The differentiation of fungi is also made. Definition of spectrum of sensitivity to antibiotics of microorganisms-activators forms basis for the choice of rational anti-microbe therapy at women.
The research refers to: urine, feces, vaginal allocation and allocation from the cervical channel, urethra, wounds, pustules and from skin, allocation from nose, throat, contents of the sputum, blood on sterility and intestinal flora on dysbacteriosis.
